- Sign in to your Syrup dashboard.
- On the My Servers page, click Manage on your server.
- Go to System > Server Details.
- Get your IP address from the Server Info panel. They’ll look like this:
- Java: 123.45.67.89:25565

Join a Java server
- Open Minecraft Java Edition.
- Click Multiplayer > Add Server.
- Paste your server address into the Server Address field.

- Tap or click Play > Servers > Add Server.
- Enter your server IP and port separately in the two fields provided.
- Save and connect.
Share with other players
Send your players your full server address, including the port: yourip:port. They follow the same steps above.
Common issues
| Problem | Fix |
| “Connection refused” | Your server might be stopped. Start it from the dashboard first |
| “Can’t resolve hostname” | DNS might take a few minutes to propagate after first setup; try the raw IP instead |
| Port field missing (Bedrock on console) | You need to include the port. The default port for Minecraft Bedrock Edition servers is 19132. See Set up your first Minecraft server (Bedrock). |
